How it Works
- Submit your referral using our official form or via email. Be sure to include the candidate’s contact information and resume.
- Ensure your referral mentions your name when contacted by Accelon.
- If your referral is hired and completes 90 days of work, you’ll receive a referral bonus as a thank-you.
The Nitty Gritty
- To be eligible, referrals must be submitted via the official referral form or email prior to any contact with Accelon.
- The referred candidate must acknowledge your referral and provide consent before we can proceed.
- Only the initial placement of the candidate qualifies for a referral bonus. Any future opportunities or rehires are not eligible.
- You will not be eligible for the bonus if:
- The candidate was already in our database or previously contacted by Accelon.
- The candidate applies independently to a current opening.
- The referral payment is made by Accelon directly to the individual who submitted the eligible referral.
- In case of any disputes or discrepancies, Accelon reserves the right to make the final decision.
